Currently building a Ford 460 for a client's 1969 Lincoln Continental.

This '69 Continental is undergoing a restoration and receiving upgrades.  This blog post is mainly about the 460 that will be powering the Continental.

The build started by getting the block back from our machinist, who machined the the cylinders to accomodate the upgraded Keith Black 30 over pistons.  Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads were secured to the block with ARP head studs.  A Comp Cam 34-225 cam is used along with Comp Cam Magnum roller rockers, 3/8th push rods, and hydraulic flat tappet lifters.

This build is progressing fast and hopefully the Continental will be in the hands of the owner soon to enjoy.
